**Shipping Costs:**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

**Exchanges:**
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and we will send you your new one.
